Veterans Choice Benefits is a service of Laird Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a South Carolina limited liability company. These Terms govern your use of veteranschoicebenefits.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program described below. By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Site lets veterans, active-duty service members, and their spouses request information about life insurance options. We are a private marketing service. We are not an insurance carrier, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. Submitting a form does not create a policy, a quote, or an offer of coverage. Product availability, eligibility, benefits, and rates vary by state, age, and carrier and are determined by the licensed insurance agent and carrier you work with.
Program name: Veterans Choice Benefits Alerts, operated by Laird Ventures LLC.
How you opt in: by submitting a form on the Site or on our social media lead forms that includes the consent disclosure, and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
What you will receive: messages from Veterans Choice Benefits and the licensed insurance agents contacting on its behalf about the information you requested, including eligibility results, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up on your inquiry, and service messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and your conversation with your agent. You may receive up to 10 messages per week during an active inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also ask your agent to stop texting you, or email us at the address below.

Carriers: supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
If you consent on a form, we and the licensed agents contacting on our behalf may call you about your inquiry at the number you provided, including with automated dialing technology and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages where you have consented to that. You may ask to stop calls at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only your own contact details, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.
The Site and messages are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laird Ventures LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
