You may request deletion of the personal information you submitted to us, including through a Veterans Choice Benefits advertisement or form on Facebook or Instagram, at any time.
We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within 30 days. Your information will be deleted from our systems, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as insurance transaction records), which will be deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends.
